Holy Trinity School, located at 225 S. Columbus Street in Somerset, is seeking a Part-Time Music and/or PE Teacher for the school year.
Located just 50 minutes east of Columbus and 20 minutes from Zanesville, Lancaster, and Newark, Somerset is a charming town with beautiful rolling hills and a high quality of life. Requirements:
- Hold an appropriate Ohio Teaching License (Professional, Permanent, or Resident Educator) or be eligible to obtain one before beginning to teach
- Current satisfactory BCI & FBI background checks
- Have attended or be willing to attend a Virtus Protecting God's Children training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TEACHERS
TITLE: Teacher
QUALIFICATIONS: Appropriate state certification/license:
- as required by the grade levels and subjects taught
- Religious Education certification as required by the diocese
RESPONSIBLE TO: Principal
JOB GOAL: To assist students in mastering the skills and information in the school curriculum while helping them to grow in faith and responsibility.
