About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
SNOW GRC BA (ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst)
with strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, GRC frameworks, and end-to-end requirements gathering. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes, platform configuration, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document
    business requirements
    for
    ServiceNow GRC / IRM
    implementations.
  • Configure and support the
    ServiceNow GRC suite
    , ensuring alignment with compliance and risk management requirements.
  • Drive
    Process Design and Process Improvement
    across GRC workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure proper
    platform configuration
    , documentation, and delivery of detailed functional specifications.
  • Provide strong
    GRC domain knowledge
    across risk assessment methodologies, compliance frameworks, controls, and governance processes.
  • Support testing, UAT, and validation of GRC modules.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure transparency in progress and challenges.
