Overall Job Purpose:

Are you ready to give your career in property management a boost? The Property Team at Arun District Council is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor to join us in delivering high-quality portfolio management.

As part of our team, you'll help manage a large and varied portfolio of non-housing assets, including commercial lettings. You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of property management, supporting critical workstreams and ensuring the effective management of land and property assets.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in managing a diverse property portfolio.
  • Support commercial lettings and lease management.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and service improvements.
  • Build expertise across all aspects of property management.
