The Role

This position is part of the product squad responsible for all websites created and managed by Trilitech, as well as those developed for other Tezos ecosystem entities. You'll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and fellow Web Engineers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Our squad partners with a wide range of teams across the Tezos ecosystem. Together, we ensure that every website is not only visually compelling but also strategically designed to reach the right audiences, with thoughtful site hierarchy and a seamless user experience. We don't just build - we craft purposeful, intentional experiences that reflect the vision of the ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of key web projects from a CMS migration, revamp of web platforms and refactoring of existing websites
  • Technically design and develop new product features using modern front end technologies
  • Write high quality maintainable code using best practices for testing
  • Work with design and product teams to define user experience and technical requirements
  • Lead of architectural discussions, participate in code reviews and team planning
  • Contribute to a collaborative web engineering culture
  • Mentor and train junior colleagues in modern best practices

What you'll need

  • Professional experience in frontend web development with React, TypeScript and
  • Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture (state management, component patterns and hooks)
  • Evidence of prior projects in the form of a portfolio
  • Worked with Web Testing Frames (React Testing Library, Cypress, Vitest and Jest)
  • Prior experience of being involved in design and product processes, bringing concepts to life and working closely with product teams.
  • Strong and clear communication skills
