HR Intern to join our team and assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
Role Summary
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will handle the recruitment process
reporting to the Recruiting head and handle administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources,
offering exposure to practical HR processes in a dynamic work environment.
- The role is 6 months long.
- There is no associated stipend with this internship.
- A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives to enhance company culture.
- HR Administration: Help maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
