Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales and providing exceptional customer service while managing relationships with clients in the field. This role requires strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our products and services.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using IT tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in IT applications for reporting and data management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A valid driving licence is required for travel between client locations.
