About Every Medical
Every Medical Limited provides a range of medical assessment and reporting services, including fostering, DVLA and firearms medicals. We are the UK's largest independent provider of medicals for foster carers and we support thousands of carers, and hundreds of fostering agencies and local authorities by delivering high-quality independent assessments and reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Process referrals quickly and accurately, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
- Arrange medical appointments nationwide, delivering outstanding customer service to patients and clients.
- Manage doctors' diaries efficiently, confirming and coordinating appointments to keep schedules running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records using our purpose-built CRM system and supporting spreadsheets, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, patient confidentiality, and company policies at all times.
- Respond to queries professionally and promptly, supporting doctors and customers with clear, helpful communication.
- Handle complaints calmly and effectively, recording and escalating issues where necessary.
- Carry out essential admin tasks, including drafting letters, managing post, and scanning and filing medical records.
- Collaborate with key partners such as Local Authorities, Police Forces, and Independent Fostering Agencies on sensitive matters, always maintaining discretion and professionalism.
About You
If you have the following skills and experience, then you may be a good fit for this position:
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative position, demonstrating strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, confident written and verbal skills to engage with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Outstanding Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn new systems. CRM experience is desirable.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to supporting business growth and team success.
- Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Familiarity with data protection principles and experience in environments where patient confidentiality is critical.
