Purpose: To provide administrative support to the QHSE function. This position may be suited to a school/college leaver keen to progress within the oil and gas Subsea industry.

Key Responsibilities: (Key Tasks)

  • Provide administrative support to the QHSE function.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Company's integrated management systems (QMS).
  • Maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions and quality records.
  • Prepare reports for the QHSE Manager.
  • Record and file documents.
  • Complete project certification packs.
  • Other duties as assigned by the HSQE manager.

Accountabilities: (Deliverables)

  • Maintain the Quality Management System
  • Prepare certification packages as required

Education / Qualifications (essential):

  • Secondary or college education level

Technical Competencies (essential):

  • Proficient in the use of Excel and other Microsoft packages

Key Skills (essential):

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality
  • Team player
  • Keen to learn and progress in the Subsea industry

Experience (desirable):

  • Previous experience in an administration role

QHSE Competencies:

  • Maintain behaviour in compliance with FET requirements
  • Maintain responsibility and accountability through personal commitment and behaviour
  • Report any unsafe or environmentally unsound acts and conditions to their immediate supervisor such that remedial action can be taken to manage the risk

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

  • Kirbymoorside, YO62 6EZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
