Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. You will provide general administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the office and support our team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration duties including filing, data entry and updating records
  • Answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Booking meetings and taking accurate notes
  • Preparing documents and training materials as required
  • Supporting with bookings and travel arrangements when needed
  • Assisting the team with various office tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Checking and uploading documents accurately

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicating with internal staff and external contacts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
