What you'll bring to the team

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner – D&D (Projects) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of Merlin's Digital and Data (D&D) initiatives.

As a trusted strategic partner, you'll work closely with senior business leaders across the Digital and Data function to shape financial strategy, enhance performance, and support the delivery of our ambitious growth plans. You'll take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for key D&D projects, providing insightful analysis, robust reporting, and actionable business intelligence to guide investment and resource allocation.

In this role, you'll influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure commercial rigor, effective decision-making, and alignment with Merlin's strategic objectives. You'll also provide forward-looking financial advice to help shape the future direction of our Digital and Data transformation, ensuring we continue to invest wisely to deliver exceptional business and guest outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of experience in finance roles, with a 2+ years in a financial leadership position.
  • Proven experience in business partnering, financial analysis, and strategic planning, particularly within a large, multinational company.
  • Experience working within the hospitality sector, with strong knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics and practices.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.
