A leading international law firm is seeking a corporate (M&A) associate to join its London office. The team advises on complex, cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on technology-driven sectors such as fintech, software and AI.

What you'll do:

  • Advise on private and public M&A, private equity, and strategic corporate ventures
  • Draft and negotiate SPA's, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documents.
  • Manage workstreams independently, including CP checklists and coordination with foreign counsel.
  • Work directly with clients and provide strategic advice on deal structuring and execution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across global offices.

Key applicant requirements:

  • Strong corporate training from a leading London firm.
  • Demonstrates deal ownership, with excellent drafting skills.
  • Public M&A and exposure to JV structuring or growth equity are a plus for applicants
