As the primary point of contact for UK wholesale customers, you will oversee the end-to-end client experience — ensuring orders, inquiries, and support needs are handled with precision and care. Working in tandem with logistics and operations, you will deliver a consistently exceptional service that strengthens client loyalty and fuels long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- To retain and grow key wholesale partnerships.

- Negotiate commercial agreements with major partners and key customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Manage inbound client communications and provide responsive, professional support.
- Process orders, manage documentation, and liaise with operations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other systems.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and analysis related to client activity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or commercial experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of wholesale distribution, supply chain, or pharmacy operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and order management systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
