Land & Sea is a UK based, independent games studio from developers of the critically acclaimed Alto's Adventure and Alto's Odyssey. Collectively, the team has accrued a wide range of awards and accolades, including a prestigious Apple Design Award and BAFTA nominations. Work With Us

We are regularly on the lookout for talented people to join the team and help us craft new games, as well as support our existing titles.

While we aren't currently searching for specific roles, we still welcome and encourage you to submit an application if you feel you have stand out portfolio we'd like to see.

Additional Information

When we are advertising for positions, we encourage you to submit an application, even if you don't feel you meet all of our requirements. We care more about working with the right people than ticking all the boxes.

We also strongly encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply – as a new studio, we're committed to building a supportive, inclusive work environment from day one.

Rest assured positions with us will always remain remote and include a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, which is critical to us as a small, cross discipline team.

While our core team targets a 40 hour work week, we are able to accommodate a range of working hours as long as reasonable overlap can be established each week for production meetings and critical problem solving.

Land & Sea is a small team of creatives crafting meaningful, highly polished experiences. Our vision entails sustainable work practices including, realistic work hours, zero crunch, and a focus on developing games that add value to the lives of our players.
