Role: Integrated Designer

Location: Fulham High Street, England, United Kingdom

About the role:

As an Integrated Designer, you'll be working in close collaboration with our prestigious UK-based clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create a diverse range of creative multimedia projects for the  Retail portfolio and assist if needed all our other designers at the client's organization. You will be at the heart of our client partnerships, working side-by-side with our teams to foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients in London and across the UK. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional client experiences and high-quality creative outputs. We're looking for a proactive individual who can grasp marketing strategies and ensure consistency across multiple business areas. With a global outlook, you will need to be adept at both print and digital production, understanding the nuances of local markets. This position requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining professional client relationships that drive optimal performance for each account. You will be part of a dynamic team of 7, reporting to the Associate Design Director under the guidance of a Creative Director. This structure provides a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and grow your skills across different client environments. 

What you will be doing:
  • Create powerful, creative, and impactful digital content and solutions for Clarion.
  • Deliver on briefs from concept to completion, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
  • Manage design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all creative work.
  • Develop multimedia projects including print and digital assets, (motion graphics, and video editing is desirable but not essential).
  • Take ownership of projects, including direct client communication, design presentations, and project management until delivery.
  • Assist with offline design briefs as needed.
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends and engage with the wider digital creative community.
  • Ensure brand consistency and implement existing brand guidelines across all projects.
  • Work collaboratively at a fast pace with the wider team and respond to all requests and deadlines  especially as you approach event season.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking for web, digital, e-commerce, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent skills in typography, layout, colour theory, and general graphic design.
  • Experience in creating digital content, design for print, brochures, and static digital assets.
  • Strong conceptualisation and illustration skills.
  • Showcases strong ideation and concept development capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in the events, exhibition, and conferences sectors is beneficial.

Desirable Skills:

  • Motion graphics and video editing capabilities.
  • Email design and HTML skills
  • Photography retouching
  • Production knowledge
  • Web design experience and knowledge of Figma

  • Highly creative with the ability to produce design collateral within brand guidelines and agreed timescales.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of self-development discipline.
  • Confident and articulate, able to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.
