The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced EMEA Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our events portfolio across Europe. This role is pivotal to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth through exceptional in-person and virtual experiences. We are looking for that unique, out of the box thinker to truly create something special
Reporting to the VP, EMEA Marketing, and sitting within the EMEA Regional Marketing Team, you'll collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, and global marketing to design and deliver impactful events that align with business objectives and regional priorities. From flagship conferences and regional roadshows to intimate executive events and partner activations, you'll be responsible for creating memories and high impact experiences that elevate our brand and accelerate demand.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of creativity, exceptional operational excellence and commercial acumen - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is adept at managing multiple programs simultaneously.
What You'll Do:
- Strategise, plan, and execute a diverse portfolio of EMEA events, including proprietary conferences, larger third-party sponsorships, customer and partner events, and executive programs.
- Develop and manage the EMEA events calendar, ensuring alignment with regional marketing campaigns, sales objectives, and global priorities.
- Collaborate with regional Field Marketing Managers and Sales teams to design event strategies that drive measurable impact on pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer engagement.
- Manage, in meticulous detail, event operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, production, and on-site execution to deliver seamless and high quality experiences.
- Partner with Brand, Communications, Demand and Content Teams to ensure consistent messaging, compelling storytelling, and strong brand presence at every event.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for all events, ensuring efficiency and ROI tracking across the portfolio.
- Leverage data and insights to assess event performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and inform future strategy.
- Champion innovation, testing new approaches and pushing the boundaries to engage our target audience and enhance value of our events
- Lead cross-functional teams managing internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver world-class event experience at scale.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in event marketing or event management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of demand generation principles and how events contribute to both the customer journey and sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale events as well as smaller high-touch executive programs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience managing and optimising budgets.
- Analytical approach - comfortable with event metrics, reporting and analysis.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
- Proficiency in modern event management and Marketing technologies
- Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA region
