Industrial Electrician – Long-Term Contract

Rate: £28–£31 per hour

We specialise in industrial electrical design and installation across a wide range of sectors. Due to a major upcoming project we are seeking experienced Industrial Electricians who can commit long-term.

Job Purpose

We are looking for skilled, reliable Industrial Electricians with substantial experience in industrial environments. This is a fast-paced project requiring labour-only electricians who are confident working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and test industrial electrical systems
  • Working across heavy containment, tray, ladder, cabling, and termination
  • Support the team and maintain high workmanship standards
  • Ensure all works meet safety and compliance requirements
  • Maintain project timelines and scope
  • Complete all required documentation accurately
  • Follow site safety rules and regulations

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 5 years Industrial Electrical experience (essential)
  • ECS/JIB Card
  • NVQ Level 3 / AM2
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Recognised apprenticeship served
  • Ability to read industrial electrical drawings and schematics
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Own tools (specialist equipment provided)
  • 2391 Testing qualification beneficial but not essential
  • Experience on industrial sites is essential
  • 2 References required
