We are seeking a talented individual to join our
Digital Advisory
team at Marsh. This role can be based from either our
London,
Leeds, Norwich, Birmingham, Glasgow
or
Manchester
offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

- Marsh Digital Advisory collaborates with leading technology companies to bring together deep insurance and risk consulting expertise with cutting edge technology to create scalable, client-centric solutions.
- We're seeking a Programme Delivery Analyst to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital initiatives, from concept through to implementation and client adoption
We will rely on you for:
- Programme oversight: Track and monitor end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are effectively managed.
- Stakeholder engagement: Act as a central coordination point across internal business units and client representatives to ensure alignment and momentum of projects.
- Performance/Pipeline management: Maintain team dashboards and report on financial performance to key stakeholders ensuring live projects are progressing.
- Partner onboarding & success: Coordinate the onboarding of new partnerships ensuring the relevant due diligence is undertaken and recorded
- Continuous improvement: Help refine delivery processes, reporting tools, and engagement models to drive consistency and efficiency across programmes.
What you need to have:
- Relationship management experience
- Programme delivery/coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Continuous improvement experience
- A good standard of education
- Competent MS Excel skills
