Koykan
is a rapidly expanding European QSR brand active in Germany, Czechia, Slovakia and Croatia. We're building the company on data discipline, operational clarity and a long-term plan to become a publicly traded €500M+ business within the next 5–7 years. We're entering the most ambitious growth phase in our history — a phase that calls for leaders who feel energised, not intimidated, by fast movement and real ownership.
With a strong expansion pipeline across
Austria, Slovenia, Poland, Hungary and Romania
, we expect €7–8M in revenue in 2026 with projected annual growth of ~300% over the next five years.
To support this trajectory, we are launching a global search for an exceptional
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
— someone who thrives in environments where the pace is high, the responsibility is real and the impact is immediately visible.
The Mission
Lead and shape Koykan's entire revenue function across B2C, B2B, franchising, digital channels and new market entries. This role is built for someone who enjoys being close to the action: designing systems, driving execution and taking ownership of critical revenue moments. You will work in a compact leadership circle alongside the CEO, CFO and founders, helping steer the company through a demanding but deeply rewarding scale-up journey.
What You Will Lead
- Development and leadership of a
multi-layered senior sales organization
over the next 24 months
- Strengthening and scaling the current
15+ management and office team
, while elevating a small existing sales group into a structured high-performance revenue organization
- Hands-on involvement in the
design, testing and rollout of the marketing and sales model
, including direct execution of key tactical steps where necessary
- Architecture and execution of
structured sales projects, funnels and revenue setups
- Management of B2B growth, franchising pipelines and strategic partnerships
- CRO-level forecasting, KPI frameworks and revenue governance
- Cross-functional alignment with Operations, Finance, Marketing and BI
- Preparation of the company for
IPO-grade reporting and investor-facing revenue structures
Who We're Looking For (Must-Have Skillset)
1. Senior-Level Sales Leadership
- Proven
hands-on sales experience
combined with experience running complex sales projects
- Strong background in
B2B sales techniques, account development and long-cycle pipelines
- Excellent command of
CRM systems
and structured sales phases
2. Analytical and Structured Thinking
- Ability to design, test and scale revenue frameworks based on data
- Strong understanding of forecasting models, performance dashboards and KPI tracking
- Comfort working with BI teams and structured performance environments
3. Digital and Social Performance Knowledge
- Understanding of
social media mechanics, UGC models and digital advertising metrics - Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and growth teams to drive measurable outcomes
4. People Leadership
- Experience leading
multi-person sales teams
working on shared revenue objectives
- Strong people management skills including 1:1 reviews, performance coaching and KPI sessions
- Capacity to recruit, develop and elevate senior sales talent
Additional Requirements
- Native or excellent English
- Willingness to
relocate to Zagreb or Munich
or live within 100 km of either
- Focus, resilience and capability to operate in a
fast-moving high-growth environment
- Ambition to participate in the scaling of a QSR brand preparing for an international expansion cycle and future IPO, with willingness to travel regularly across our European markets (approximately 50% of your time)
