The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Team Leader is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalised service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store

About You:

Min 2 year people management experience preferably from a HS fashion background

Min 2 years retail experience preferably from a HS fashion background

Previous experience managing large teams approx. 20 plus

Worked in a high turnover store before

Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated

Flair for VM, brand standards and training

Social Media savvy and can further leverage the brands image though it

Natural leader and authentic individual
