Position Overview

As an Employment Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious work. You will provide crucial advice on complex employment issues, contributing directly to the success of the practice's key clients in the financial services sector and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Tribunal and High Court litigation cases.
  • Provide day-to-day employment law advice to clients.
  • Support complex corporate transactions and restructuring programmes.
  • Manage executive recruitment and termination processes.
  • Conduct sensitive employment investigations for key clients.
  • Advise on international employment law projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in transactional employment law.
  • Experience in tribunal or High Court litigation.
  • Excellent advisory and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical UK employment law.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
