Position Overview
As an Employment Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious work. You will provide crucial advice on complex employment issues, contributing directly to the success of the practice's key clients in the financial services sector and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Handle Tribunal and High Court litigation cases.
- Provide day-to-day employment law advice to clients.
- Support complex corporate transactions and restructuring programmes.
- Manage executive recruitment and termination processes.
- Conduct sensitive employment investigations for key clients.
- Advise on international employment law projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transactional employment law.
- Experience in tribunal or High Court litigation.
- Excellent advisory and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technical UK employment law.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
