EXCITING CARE OPPORTUNITY – FLEXIBLE BANK ROLE – EXCELLENT RATES OF PAY

SV Care are recruiting Bank Residential Support Workers for our Ofsted-registered children's residential provision within Colchester.

We're looking to recruit passionate, dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people in our society who've experienced neglect, abuse and trauma. As a result of these early life experiences, the young people that we care for may, at times, display challenging behaviours. Previous experience is preferred, but not essential, as extensive induction and training will be provided for all team members. A full, clean UK driving licence is also preferred but not essential.

Requirements for DBS and reference checking will be undertaken and paid for by SV Care Services, in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practices.
