We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a flair for creativity, ensuring clients leave feeling their best. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services while providing outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional environment.

Duties

  • Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
  • Perform specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer tailored advice on styles and treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon success.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.

Skills

  • Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including barbering skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Competence in upselling products while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality results for every client.
