Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.
  • Supervise and train front of house staff in drinks preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices.
  • Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all dining areas.
  • Monitor food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in food production as needed, contributing to menu planning and execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Previous experience in barista roles or similar positions is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
