About the Role

We're looking for a Dental Therapist who thrives on delivering excellent patient care and is eager to grow professionally in a supportive and innovative environment.

This role involves both Therapist and Hygienist duties, providing preventative and restorative treatments for NHS and private patients. You'll join a dedicated, close-knit team that values collaboration, respect, and continual learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality dental therapy and hygiene care within GDC scope of practice
  • Deliver preventative and restorative treatments with care, precision, and attention to detail
  • Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
  • Uphold GDC, CQC, and NHS compliance standards
  • Work closely with clinicians, nurses, and reception staff to ensure a smooth patient journey

  • Has experience working in mixed NHS and private systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Shows enthusiasm to use digital equipment such as intraoral scanners – full training can be provided
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of their work

  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude
  • Enjoys working in a supportive, modern environment where patient care comes first
