Role Summary And Purpose
Responsible for Arch's employee benefits programmes outside North America engaging with relevant HR and local business leaders to support the deployment and administration of locally appropriate employee benefits.

Partner with the VP and North America benefits manager to ensure alignment with global benefits strategy and contribute to its development both globally and locally.

Manage the UK flexible benefits arrangements through the use of suitable technology and third-party support.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Management of UK Risk benefits
  • Management of UK SAYE program (including invitation and maturity activities)
  • Local point of contact for ESPP queries
  • Main point of contact for benefits providers / Vendor review
  • Coordination of wellbeing calendar and management of ee sessions

  • Liaison with MHFA, Engagement Manager, Wellbeing champions coordinator

  • Management of UK Annual Benefits Renewal Process (April 2026)

  • Management of Renewals for EU countries, such as Spain, Italy, Cyprus, France, Gib, Ireland, Netherlands and Australia
  • Oversight of Australia benefits, supporting benefits analyst
  • Escalation point for UK benefits issues (employee or payroll related)
  • First point of contact for EU benefits
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal compliance
  • Management of UK pension scheme (TAA, LTA, cash in lieu), including coordination/communication of bonus salary sacrifice as well as and regulatory activities
  • Total Reward Statement support and ongoing management
  • Managerial responsibilities for a Benefits Analyst and HR Advisor

Role Requirements & Skills
Skills / Competencies

  • Understanding & experience of managing global benefit programmes
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience of managing complex compensation arrangements
  • High levels of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy and resilience
  • IT and numerical skills, including Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and compliance regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Experience

  • Management of internal employee benefit programmes
  • Worked in a multinational or global financial services organisation
  • Understanding of both UK and other non-US employee benefits
  • Use of multiple communication channels and approaches in a number of media
