Overview

We're building next-generation Agentic AI platforms and seeking an Assistant Project Manager who can bridge product vision and technical execution. If you love translating complex ideas into structured deliverables such as epics, user stories, and sprints while collaborating across AI, engineering, and product teams, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Product Planning & Requirements
  • Work with founders and product leads to turn vision into detailed, testable specs.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics in Jira.
  • Maintain a prioritised backlog and align sprints with roadmap milestones.
  • Document workflows for Agentic AI, LLM, and cloud-native modules.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead Agile sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress, blockers, and dependencies in Jira dashboards.
  • Coordinate across backend ), frontend (React), DevOps, and AI teams.
  • Ensure integration across LLM orchestration, automation, vector DB, and APIs.

Technical Understanding

  • Strong grasp of microservices, APIs, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD.
  • Familiar with LLM & Agentic AI architectures, RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and eval frameworks.
  • Translate complex tech concepts into business-friendly updates.
  • Collaborate with AI teams on model tuning, evals, and feedback loops.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

  • Act as the bridge between founders, engineers, and clients.
  • Present structured status updates and risk assessments.
  • Drive pre-release reviews, documentation, and demo readiness.

Quality & Governance

  • Enforce clear acceptance criteria, test coverage, and traceability.
  • Track issues, releases, and change requests.
  • Maintain version control and documentation discipline.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in technical project or product management (AI/SaaS preferred)
  • Expertise in Jira, user stories, and Agile delivery
  • Solid understanding of architecture, APIs, cloud & DevOps
  • Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, vector DBs, and LLM orchestration
  • Excellent communicator — can sync equally with founders & engineers
  • Hands-on, structured, and outcome-driven mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

PMP/Scrum certifications, software or ML background, experience with global teams & tools like Confluence, Miro, Jira, Figma, Notion, or Postman.
