Were looking for an experienced delivery driver with exceptional customer service skills to join our team

As Delivery Driver, youll be working alongside our Guest Relations team to ensure that all deliveries and special requests are fulfilled, driving throughout central London to our apartments, and providing outstanding customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing an efficient delivery service for our Guest Relations Team across central London
  • Planning routes according to daily task load to ensure that all tasks can be completed efficiently
  • Delivering a range of items including furniture and small guest consumables to various locations
  • Relocating stock across our locations
  • Collecting items as required

Requirements:

  • Full and valid UK driving licence (no automatic-only licences)
  • Confidence in driving a transit van
  • Previous experience driving in central London
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, hardworking with drive, ambition, energy and enthusiasm
  • IT literate in Web browsers and Microsoft Office - Training will be provided for our bespoke systems.
  • Attention to detail
