The ideal candidate will possess a passion for body art, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase artistic talent while providing clients with customised tattoo designs in a welcoming environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating high-quality tattoos, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Experience in management, social media management, and guest services is highly desirable to help promote the studio's brand and foster client loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create customised tattoos according to client specifications, ensuring high standards of artistry and hygiene.
  • Consult with clients to understand their ideas, provide professional advice, and develop suitable tattoo concepts.
  • Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely service delivery.
  • Engage actively with clients during their visit, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Promote the studio's services through social media management, including posting images of completed work and engaging with followers.
  • Assist with front desk duties such as booking appointments, processing payments, and managing client records.

Successful candidate will need to be fully insured and up to date with local council licence and immunisations,no drama,alcohol or rec drug dependents.The pay shown is not a wage but a fair figure of potential earnings of self employed tattooing,split/arrangement is negotiable and can be discussed on completion of an arranged start date.

  • Participate in ongoing training programmes to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skill and versatility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of management principles to organise appointments and studio operations efficiently.
  • Experience in social media management to help promote the studio's brand online.

Strong customer service skills ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied throughout their visit.
