Job Summary

Aldgate Vets is an independently owned practice with a team of highly experienced veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, reception and support staff based across our sites in Bridlington and Driffield.

We are looking to recruit full/part-time clinically experienced Receptionists (ideally RVN or equivalent) to supplement our current team.

This is an exciting opportunity to improve and build the service we offer to clients whilst supporting the wider team.

You will provide clinical knowledge to the Client Care Team to enhance the service to both clients and colleagues.

The role is varied but extremely BUSY and you will be adept at working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times.

You must be able to multitask as the role involves booking appointments on our Practice Management System, taking inbound calls, greeting clients and their pets, taking payments and administration tasks and much, much more.

Ideally, we are looking for someone competent with IT, with an excellent telephone manner, a great communicator and fantastic team player willing to share your clinical knowledge to the team.

Primarily based at our Small Animal Hospital at Bridlington but will be expected to work at our Driffield Practice as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,300.00 per year
