37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent Full Time

We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative, to join Bernicia's Property Maintenance and Construction department.

About the Multi Skilled Operative Role:

This role will involve:

  • Assisting trade staff in undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.

Your Experience:

Successful candidates will need:

  • Good general trade skills
  • CSCS card as appropriate to the role
  • Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively
  • To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
  • To understand risk assessments
  • Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
  • A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
