Warehouse Operative

Full-time | 41.33 hours per week, including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis

At Marshall TPS Oxford, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Operative to ensure the smooth and efficient management of inbound and outbound parts, helping us deliver excellent service to our customers.

In this role:

  • You'll manage the secure storage and movement of parts within the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy and condition.
  • You'll assist with regular stock takes, reporting discrepancies promptly and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • You'll prepare customer orders for dispatch and ensure authorised handling of parts over the trade counter.

We're looking for:

  • Someone who is a team player, and comfortable working within set processes and procedures.
  • Someone organised, with good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Someone tech savvy and confident using relevant systems and software, such as Excel.
  • Most importantly, someone who's positive, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of our team.
