Kids Planet Day Nurseries are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing People Team at our Central Support office in Lymm. As a Careers Apprentice, you will work towards completing a qualification in Recruitment, gaining practical experience and developing your career in a supportive, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to a variety of queries from the centralised careers email inbox

Maintaining accurate records in systems and spreadsheets

Liaising with the nursery teams, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered in line with deadlines

Refreshing and posting job adverts on relevant job boards

Involvement in team process improvement projects as well as contributing to company-wide people projects

Working closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach

Continually strive for excellence and recommending where improvements can be made

To provide general administration support to the Careers Department as required including filing

Answering the telephone, scanning, photocopying and emails

Supporting across Kids Planet Careers strategy

Analysis of market trends and initiatives

Managing calendars and organising events

Visiting nurseries to offer careers support

Any other reasonable duties as requested to meet the needs of Kids Planet

What a Careers Apprentice needs:

The ability to work well within a team.

Must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.

Must meet the minimum apprenticeship eligibility criteria.
