The Opportunity

This is a
founding role
- you'll help shape the culture, systems, and success of Luck & Leverage from day one.

  • Work directly with the founders on retained executive searches for
    US-based VC & PE clients
  • Access an
    established client network
    – no cold start
  • Earn
    £10K+ per deal
    with a
    clear equity and leadership pathway
  • Learn the full end-to-end retained search process
  • Hybrid setup
    – 3 days in office (Shaldon) with flexibility as the team grows

    in sales, recruiting, or consulting (open to high performers from other backgrounds)

    £250K+ earnings within 3 years
