Role Description

This is a full-time Field Service Engineer role for wheelchairs, located on-site in Basingstoke. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing field service support, troubleshooting issues, offering technical support, and performing preventive maintenance on powered wheelchairs. The engineer will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.

  • Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
  • Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus
