About the role:

My client are looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing candidate to lead campaigns, bring more marketing activity in-house, and use modern digital and AI tools to make everything faster, smarter, and more effective. This role suits someone who enjoys getting stuck in, someone who wants to create content, run campaigns, and help build an internal brand presence from scratch, not just brief agencies and wait for results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, leads and commercial impact.
  • Create engaging content across social, email, brochures, case studies and more
  • Manage and optimise digital channels including social platforms, SEO and email
  • Use AI-driven tools to enhance content creation, analytics and campaign performance
  • Support sales teams with materials, presentations and events
  • Shape and develop the organisation's employer brand from the ground up

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B
  • Strong digital marketing skills: social media, SEO, email, campaign management
  • Proven ability to produce content that resonates and converts
  • Comfortable using AI and automation tools in day-to-day marketing
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Creative, proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves
