Floor Staff – Up to £15.00 per hour (incl. service charge)

Our perfect match:

· Comfortable dealing with large groups of people, children and dogs

Main Responsibilities:

· Ensure your guests receive the best food and drinks delivered in a friendly and efficient style

· Provide guests with exceptional customer service leaving them keen to return for more

· Look after any guests additional requests, go that extra mile whenever possible

· Communicate any issues quickly to the duty manager

· Setting up and closing down the site whilst following all checklists and procedures

· Assisting the management team with other daily duties upon request

· Assist the bar team with the set up and close down of the bar area

· Complete preparation and cleaning tasks as set by the senior bar team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
