Are you looking to change gears in 2025?

Due to securing significant new contracts starting in the New Year, Country Lion is expanding. We are looking for ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our prestigious Trainee Coach Driver Programme this January.

We aren't just offering you a job; we are offering to invest in your future. We will take you from a standard car driver to a professional PCV holder, with training worth over £2,000 provided entirely free of charge.

What You Will Learn

Guided by our JAUPT-approved instructors, you will master:

  • Comprehensive driving skills to pass your PCV test.
  • The "Country Lion Standard" of vehicle inspection and safety.
  • Elite customer service skills required for VIP and tour work.
  • European and UK tour management.

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need previous bus driving experience, but you do need:

  • A Valid UK Driving Licence (Car/Category B).
  • Ambition & Dedication: A desire to learn and uphold high standards.
  • People Skills: A flair for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
