What are we looking for.
We seek a talented person that can deliver innovative solutions to the technical and environmental challenges land development can present ,and enjoys collaborative working across multi-disciplinary teams.
You will be working closely with the local and regional teams producing and advising on flood risk and sustainable drainage strategies to accompany planning applications for a wide portfolio of project type.
We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
- A logical and analytical approach
- Great problem-solving and communication skills,
- Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box.

As A Graduate, you will work closely with the Infrastructure team to support with the production of designs, calculations and drawings to accompany planning applications and/or for construction in all major sectors in particular residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects with several clients at any given time and support with providing them with high-quality advice and service. You will gain some valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.
