About you as Housekeeping Supervisor (Floor Housekeeper)?

  • Experience in supervising a team in a housekeeping environment desirable
  • Previous luxury hospitality experience
  • Passion for maintaining excellent standards and training team members to the same standards
  • Confident in managing your team on a day to day basis
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Housekeeping Supervisor (Floor Housekeeper)- Responsibilities:

  • Take pride in completing all room checks ensuring they have been cleaned to the hotel's standards
  • Clean rooms when necessary setting the standards for all housekeeping team
  • Prepare room attendant's work lists
  • Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and check that it is stored correctly
  • Show enthusiasm in training housekeeping staff as required in duties and on equipment use
  • Take ownership and deputise in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper
  • To ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health Safety regulations and report any faults to the Executive Head Housekeeper
