WELCOME BONUS - £2,000

Hours - 40 hours per week

Salary - £42,880 including OTE bonus £65,000

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and repair damaged vehicle panels according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Utilise a range of hand tools and welding equipment to achieve optimal results in body repair.
  • Ensure high precision in alignment and finish prior to painting.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace that meets health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and report on repair progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Body Repair or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Panel Beater within a professional setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as a part of a cohesive team.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential.
