Our client is looking for an experienced professional to manage a
portfolio of residential properties in Bracknell
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, legal compliance, and a first-class experience for landlords and tenants alike.

You'll be joining a

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, handling all aspects of tenancy and property management
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Maintain compliance with property legislation (gas safety, electrical checks, deposit protection, etc.)
  • Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and serve legal notices when required
  • Oversee rent collection and manage arrears
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records using property management software
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships

About You

  • Proven experience in residential property management (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
  • ARLA qualification (desirable – training support available)
