In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our HR coordination and people experience, ensuring our HR systems run seamlessly and understanding the critical role they play in delivering exceptional service. You'll combine attention to detail with big-picture thinking, always looking for ways to improve processes and elevate the employee experience.
This is a varied role where you'll work across both areas, stepping in to provide extra support during busy periods, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
HR
- Manage core HR systems (ATS, Bob HR, Go1, Reward Gateway) to ensure accurate data, compliance, and smooth processes
- Provide system training and support to managers and employees
- Administer employee engagement surveys and report insights to leadership
- Produce HR KPI reports and dashboards, including recruitment, engagement, L&D, and workforce data
- Maintain HR records and assist with projects and initiatives as needed
- Support the people team with any administrative duty requirements
- Maintain all internal communications
Recruitment
- Post and manage vacancies across various job boards
- Review CVs and conduct initial screening
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support training days with organising induction materials and first-day arrangements
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), including updating candidate status and records.
- Handling recruitment-related inquiries via email and phone
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth candidate journey
- Support Recruitment Lead with any administrative duty requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and/or Recruitment Administration
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and recruitment best practices
- Experience using HR and recruitment systems (e.g. ATS, HRIS platforms)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing flexible support during busy periods
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
