Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Sales Representative to develop Baliston Health's presence across the UK physiotherapy, podiatry, and rehabilitation markets.

This is a self-employed / freelance role, ideal for someone already active in the healthcare or medtech sector and motivated by performance-based earnings.

You will be responsible for prospecting, demonstrating our solutions, and closing new business, with full support from our head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop relationships with physiotherapists, podiatrists, rehab centres, private clinics, and medical distributors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (remote or on-site).
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Attend UK trade shows, events, and professional congresses when required.
  • Report activities and results to the Baliston Health team.

Key Qualifications (Required)

  • Successful experience in B2B sales (2–3 years minimum) within healthcare, physiotherapy, podiatry, rehab, medical devices, or clinical solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
  • Able to work independently as a self-employed contractor (freelance status required).
  • Hunter mindset: proactive, results-driven, comfortable with outreach (phoning, visits, demos).
  • Ability to travel within the UK for client meetings and events.

This is a freelance role with a strong commission-based structure.

  • A modest fixed allowance will be provided.
  • However, the majority of the earnings come from commissions, which represent the core of the compensation package.
  • Each sale generates a direct commission, with no minimum, no threshold, and no cap.
  • High performers can build substantial recurring income, fully driven by their commercial results.

This role is ideal for someone seeking commercial freedom, autonomy, and strong earning potential based on performance.
