Salary: GBP27,000 : GBP32,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award:winning RIBA chartered practice who provide specialist design services to the healthcare sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking to progress their career and join their team in Chorley.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
- Help deliver on a range of high:profile projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Skills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
- Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
- Relevant post Part 2 Qualification experience would be desirable
- Experience with Revit
- Experience working on projects across various sectors
- Excellent design and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Full UK Drivers License
