London, Greater London, United Kingdom watchTowr Full time £60,000 - £100,000 per year

Hello, let us introduce ourselves

watchTowr is the Preemptive Exposure Management capability trusted by Fortune 500 companies and critical infrastructure providers.

By combining proactive threat intelligence, real attacker telemetry, and automated red teaming, watchTowr continuously identifies and validates real exposure - so security teams can outrun real-world threats.

When exploitation happens in hours, watchTowr delivers what no one else can: time to respond.

We are a global team of operators, researchers, and engineers who have spent years thinking like attackers - and we are now building the technology to stop them. Our work is recognised across the industry, with original vulnerability research from watchTowr Labs and innovations like Instinct and Attacker Eye shaping the future of cybersecurity.

Backed by $29M in funding, recognised by Gartner, and scaling fast across the globe, we are in a high-growth phase of our journey. We are a young, high-energy, and research-driven team, obsessed with building world-class technology - and we want exceptional people to join us.

But what's the role?

We are looking for an ambitious Labs Analyst to join watchTowr Labs, expanding our offensive security capabilities and helping global enterprises understand how they could be compromised - in real time. This role is based in the UK.

Sounds great – what will I do?

As a Labs Analyst, you will:

  • Spend your days helping some of the world's largest enterprises
understand, contextualise, and solve their most pressing security exposures
    .
  • Partner directly with clients to present and articulate the cutting-edge watchTowr Pre-emptive Exposure Management solution, helping them understand, adopt, and maximise its value in pre-emptively managing risk
  • Translate complex research, vulnerabilities, and attack surface findings into
    clear, actionable technical narratives
that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with watchTowr Labs researchers and engineers to
    operationalise cutting-edge capabilities
for clients within watchTowr Preemptive Exposure Management solution.
  • Develop and deliver
    presentations and technical deep-dives
to ensure clients understand both the threats they face and how watchTowr's solution is able to assist and provide value.
  • Act as the
bridge between offensive research and practical client adoption
to help enterprises translate offensive insights into defensive action.

Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?

Ideal Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in
offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming
, with the ability to explain complex technical findings in a technical setting.
  • Experience working in an early-stage B2B startup focusing on enterprise clients.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, such as explaining cybersecurity solution or complex security vulnerabilities to clients.
  • Confidence in
    presenting technical material
to varied audiences, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to
    connect the dots
between raw vulnerabilities, business risk, and client priorities.
  • Driven, proactive, and comfortable in
    ambiguous environments
where every client has unique challenges.
  • Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g.,
    Python, Go
    ) would be an advantage.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., OSCP, CRT) are valued, but equivalent
    real-world experience and client-facing expertise
    matter most.

What's in it for me?

  • Competitive compensation -
we believe that hard work, skills and ambition should be fairly compensated.
  • Meaningful role in a company
  • You will be a key and early contributor to a fast-growing cybersecurity business that helps protect some of the world's largest enterprises.
  • The best tools and powerful kit -
we enable you with the tools to effectively fulfil your role.
  • Endless opportunities –
we are in a high-growth phase of our journey, and plan to promote from within as we scale.
  • Work with cyber security experts
    – we are solving cutting-edge industry-wide cyber security challenges with some of the world's most advanced organisations.
