How you'll make an impact
As the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across our global Artex businesses. In this role, you will be a trusted strategic partner, developing role-specific talent strategies, tailored search strategies to effectively source, attract and present qualified, high-calibre candidates. You will be required to present data, discuss market conditions and support our broader talent strategies. You'll be part of a warm and collaborative team that provides the best possible tools, resources and support for your success. Your expertise will drive the development of role-specific and tailored search strategies, ensuring we identify and present the best talent to meet our business needs. This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, client relationship management, and a strong ability to source and place top-tier talent in both local and international markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Manage a requisition load while ensuring quality and efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Craft personalized job advertisements and use recruitment marketing tools strategically to optimize role visibility and attract top-tier candidates
- Proactively search for passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, bringing value as a trusted advisor and business partner
- Take initiative to independently troubleshoot role-specific challenges with your clients and stakeholders
- Effectively communicate market conditions and skillfully demonstrate professional pushback
- Establish rapport with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates, even those not selected, to foster goodwill and future opportunities.
- Negotiation and Offer Management
- Effectively negotiate candidate offers, ensuring successful placement and alignment with organizational objectives
- Work with HR and hiring managers to finalize employment contracts.
About you
Qualifications and skills required:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to applicants with direct Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment experience.
- At least three years' relevant recruitment experience in financial services and accounting, with a strong understanding of its unique recruitment needs.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and placing candidates from entry level through to executive positions, in Bermuda and international markets (preferably in Europe and the Cayman Islands).
- Minimum of three years' experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies (i.e. ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proficiency with Oracle or similar technology and systems is an asset.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and optimize recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
