Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our multinational security organization, headquartered in London, UK. This role involves managing diverse teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, ensuring consistent delivery of world-class security and protection services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, emotional intelligence, and strategic leadership—qualities that are just as critical as operational expertise. Qualifications

Essential Skills

  1. Cross-Cultural Adaptability: Proven ability to operate effectively in multicultural settings and adjust swiftly to diverse business practices.
  2. Emotional Intelligence: Skilled at managing interpersonal dynamics with patience, empathy, and diplomacy.
  3. Strategic Coordination: Experienced in overseeing multiple concurrent projects involving dispersed, multicultural teams.
  4. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

  1. Background in international operations, cross-cultural management, or multinational security coordination.
  2. Documented success in managing cross-border or interregional projects.
  3. Knowledge of vulnerability management, physical security, or risk mitigation processes.
  4. Proficiency in an additional European or Asian language (e.g., French, Arabic, or Chinese) is highly advantageous.

Education

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree preferred in International Business, Organizational Psychology, Cross-Cultural Management, International Relations, Security Management, or a related discipline.
