The Role 

As a Front-End Engineer at Xiatech, you will play a key role in designing and building our front-end web applications. You will collaborate closely with Xfuze product managers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences for our Xfuze platform. Your primary focus will be on front-end development using React, TypeScript, and modern styling frameworks while also contributing to backend services where needed. You'll help define best practices for front-end architecture, component libraries, and UI/UX design.
The role offers an opportunity to work with modern web frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications using React and TypeScript.

Work with the product and engineering team to develop wireframes and prototypes.

Define and improve UI/UX guidelines and best practices for the Xfuze platform.

Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to the design system.

Work as part of a cross-functional squad, delivering new features using agile methodologies with minimal guidance.

Work with MongoDB and other data stores.

Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests using Jest and Playwright to ensure quality.

Review PRs and provide feedback to maintain high-quality code and engineering best practices.

Participate in technical discussions and contribute to platform improvements.

Stay up to date with the latest web technologies and advocate for best practices.

Your Knowledge & Experience

5+ years experience in modern web development.

Experience working with design tools such as Figma to create wireframes and prototypes.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and npm.

Experience with web frameworks like  and 

Familiarity with component libraries like ShadCN, MUI, Tanstack, and building out custom design systems.

Deep understanding of CSS frameworks like Tailwind, responsive design, and accessibility principles.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, component-driven architecture, and front-end state management.

Experience working with MongoDB or other similar Document NoSQL data stores.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as GCP and AWS.

Strong testing mindset with hands-on experience using Jest, Playwright or similar testing frameworks.

Worked within an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
