As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key part in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and presented to the highest standard. Whether it's a guest's first impression or a returning visitor's expectation, your eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury hotel standards

  • Restock amenities and linen as needed

  • Report any maintenance issues or lost property

  • Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH and manual handling

  • Ensure corridors and service areas are tidy at all times

  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally

  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider housekeeping and front office teams

Salary: £14.04 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
