Role: Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £450 – £500 per week
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Start Date: Immediately

Ribbons & Reeves are recruiting for a high-achieving, inclusive School in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to appoint a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for the current academic year.

About the Role | Learning Support Assistant

  • Supporting pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) on a one-to-one or small group basis
  • Working closely with classroom Teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
  • Encouraging student participation, confidence, and academic progress
  • Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation when required
  • Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For | Learning Support Assistant

  • A graduate with a 2:1 or above in Psychology or Education-related degrees
  • Passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with diverse needs
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable
  • Confident, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication skills
  • Committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young learners
